Our cut-and-sew facility is a knit-oriented production house optimized for premium apparel programs. With 5+ production lines and tight-cycle coordination across yarn sourcing, knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, and QC — every stage is controlled in-house for precision, consistency, and speed.
- Yarn sourcing and knitting
- Fabric dyeing and finishing (hiDye, pigment, garment dye, enzyme wash, vintage wash)

- QC, metal detection (where applicable), and final inspection
